• the right not to be subject to an individual decision (art.17);

6.2. With the date of 25.05.2018, according to GDRP, the data subjects have new rights in the matter of processing personal data, ensuring their confidentiality. For proper information, we mention that these include the right to request the operator access to his personal data, to rectify or delete them or to restrict the processing, the right to oppose the processing, as well as the right to data portability.

• you also have the possibility to file a complaint, under the law, including to the ANSDCP.

8. Legitimacy conditions regarding the processing of personal data:

• your personal data will be processed exclusively based on the express and unequivocal consent given for this processing. Therefore, making available the data/information that is the subject of the site will be considered as representing the express consent for your personal data to be used by ROMET SRL, in accordance with the previously mentioned purposes;
• the site does not process the personal data of minors;
• if you consider that you have been correctly informed and at the same time you agree with the mentions and all the purposes above, please check the corresponding option on the website;
• if you do not want/do not agree to your data being processed, please do not provide it to us.
